3) Design & fixed-scope proposal
You’ll receive drawings or reference visuals, material/finish options, opener model, access control hardware, safety devices, and a clear price with timeline. We’ll also note any municipal setbacks or common practices; please confirm final rules with your municipality.
4) Fabrication
Your gate is built locally with welded frames, bracing, and precise hardware mounts. CNC panels, house numbers, or logo inserts are cut and test-fitted. All parts are pre-hung for alignment before finishing.
5) Groundwork & power
We set steel posts or sleeves, pour footings, and run conduit for power, loops, keypads, and intercoms. We coordinate with your electrician if needed.
6) Installation & commissioning
Operators are mounted and limits calibrated. We align tracks/rollers or hinges, tension chains/belts, and set safety devices. Access control is programmed (codes, fobs, schedules), Wi-Fi/app connections are tested, and camera/intercom integrations are verified.
7) Handover, training & documentation
You’ll receive a quick owner’s guide: emergency release steps, code management, maintenance schedule, and warranty terms. We keep your settings on file for future service.
